135 lites of oil has now been racked off (Pour the oil off the sediment in the bottom of the vat), and is settling down nicely!!
The oil is 90% Koroneiki variety this year, so is full of flavour and has a bit more of a peppery bite, compared to the J5 dominate variety last year
